药房作为医院的窗口部门,承担了繁重的药品调剂、发放工作。而药品作为一种特殊的商品,既能治病,也可能导致药源性的损害。避免或最大可能地减少药品发出差错的发生,是药师的重要职责和义务,也是医院药事管理工作中的重点环节。药房调剂人员应加强日常业务学习,提高责任心,树立全心全意为患者服务的意识以高度的责任感对待每一张处方,避免调剂差错的发生。本研究对医院药房药品调剂差错的原因进行分析,并提出相应的干预措施,以供参考。
Pharmacy as the hospital’s window department, bear the heavy pharmaceutical swap, payment of work. Drugs as a special commodity, both to cure, but also may lead to drug-induced damage. Avoiding or minimizing the occurrence of mistakes in drug delivery is an important responsibility and obligation of the pharmacist and a key link in the hospital’s pharmacy management. Pharmacy swap staff should strengthen their daily business learning, improve their sense of responsibility, and establish a sense of wholeheartedly serving the patients with a high sense of responsibility to treat each prescription to avoid the occurrence of adjustment errors. This study analyzes the reasons for errors in the pharmacy pharmacy and puts forward corresponding interventions for reference.
