目的 探讨招飞体检中 ,受检人群的眩光失能水平。 方法 采用 MGT- 1型多功能眩光视觉检测仪 ,在目标亮度分别为明视和暮视条件下 ,测定 79名招飞对象的对比敏感度函数 (CSF)和眩光失能 (GD)。 结果 CSF测量表明 ,受试者具有良好的视觉通道特性 ,峰值位于 1.2~ 2 .4周 /度处。GD在明视条件下 ,均值为 9.4% (全距 0 .9%~ 2 1.7% ) ,暮视 GD明显高于明视 ,均值为 36 .5 % (全距 2 6 .4%~ 49.1% )。个别眼介质混浊者有严重的眩光失能。 结论 眩光失能作为视功能的一种评价指标 ,在招飞体检中具有重要的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the level of glare disability of the subjects in the examination of the flying traps. Methods The contrast sensitivity function (CSF) and glare dysfunction (GD) of 79 stricken subjects were measured by using the MGT-1 multi-functional glare visual detector under the condition of bright and darkness respectively. Results CSF measurements showed that subjects had good visual channel characteristics with peaks at 1.2-2.4 weeks / degree. The mean GD was 9.4% (full range 0.9% -2.7%) under bright vision conditions. The GD was significantly higher than that of the bright vision at 36.5% (full range 26.4% -49.1%). Individual ophthalmologists have severe glare disability. Conclusion Glaucomatous incapacitation, as an evaluation index of visual function, has important application value in physical examination.
