自周济民等三氏(“中级医刊”1960年2月号)采用“结扎疗法治疗各种痔核”的报告发表后,作者根据他们的方法并稍加改进先后治疗52例,获很满意效果,兹报告如后. 手术方法基本上仿照周氏等介绍的作法.但为了加速痔核的坏死和脱落,在结扎后加用10%氯化钙注射液注入结扎后之痔核内;另外本组病例都采用〔∞〕形贯穿缝合结扎;术后用凡士林纱布作敷料;并每天热水坐浴3～4次.其操作方法如下: 1.术前如肛门手术常规准备.
