皮肤黄色瘤系脂质代谢障碍性皮肤病,较为少见,国内仅报道过数例。小儿高胆固醇血症性皮肤黄色瘤,临床上出现心脏病征象的病例更为罕见,作者遇见一例,报告如下。夏××,男,6岁2个月,住院号44779。患儿1岁时双眼角膜出现类脂环,左小腿和臀部皮肤出现数个扁平黄色斑块和圆形黄色结节。1980年8月在新疆医学院作了左小腿皮肤结节病理检查,诊断皮肤多发性黄色瘤。同年10月下旬其母发现患儿不爱活动玩耍,患儿自感乏力,有阵发性心前区不适,经治疗无效于1981年2月5日以儿童冠心病收入我院。
