临床上糖尿病与垂体前叶功能减退症并存,谓Houssay氏综合征。此症殊为少见,现将我院所见一例(包括尸检结果)报导如下: 病历摘要患者陈××女50岁住院号66650因闭经乏力30年,发热咳嗽并尿急尿频半个月于1981年6月23日入院。30年前于头胎分娩时发生大出血,产后无乳、闭经、怕冷、乏力、毛发脱落(眉发、阴腋毛)。在我院和他院就医,诊为“席汉氏病”,长期服用强的松、甲状腺片作激素替代治疗。7年前患者泌尿系感染常反覆发作。6年来双眼视物模糊,一度失明,曾作白内障摘除术。半月前突起畏寒发热、咳嗽咯痰,并有尿急尿频、呕吐、腹泻、烦渴多饮等症。体检T38℃p92次/分R16次/分Bp160/80mmHg极度虚弱,贫血貌,周身浮肿,眉发稀疏,阴腋毛脱落,乳晕色淡。口腔粘膜有白色厚苔样霉菌
