11月10日,农业部种植业管理司会同全国农业技术推广服务中心和中国农药发展与应用协会,召开了农作物病虫害统防统治推进行动座谈会。与会代表认为,统防统治方兴未艾,已经成为植保工作的重要方向,但推进过程中仍遇到重重困难,应该积极探索新的服务形式,进行组织创新,技术创新,关键是药剂配制和施药机械的技术水平要跟上,以市场化机制推进,统防统治工作才能有长久的生命力。
