在今年法国总统大选中,法国社会党不敌对手,败给了萨科齐领导的人民运动联盟,虽然它失败了,但它为参加竞选做了一系列的准备工作,其中一些做法值得中国共产党学习和借鉴。本文简单叙述了法国社会党的发展历史,分析了它采用积极的政策,指出了它在政策上存在的问题,最后总结了中国共产党在进行执政能力建设中,应该从法国社会党失败中吸收的几点经验教训。
