我们通过颈动脉穿刺推注尿激酶治疗脑血栓形成,并对尿激酶与血凝块的量,血栓形成后时间、注药速度及其用量和用法的关系。进行了实验室及动物实验研究观察。
We administered urokinase through the carotid artery puncture for the treatment of cerebral thrombosis, and the relationship between urokinase and blood clot volume, thrombosis time, drug injection rate and dosage and usage. Laboratory and animal experiments were observed.
