以辊间磨损均匀为目标采用倒推计算思想,可直接一次性同时算出工作辊、支撑辊的辊型,避免了通常采用的矩阵方法中需反复迭代计算求解辊凸度的过程。经生产实践表明,该方法计算出的辊型生产效果显著。
With the goal of uniform wear between rollers, the idea of back push calculation can be used to calculate the roll type of the work roll and the backup roll at the same time, which avoids the iterative calculation of the roll convexity in the commonly used matrix method. The production practice shows that the method of calculating the roll production effect is significant.
