现代西方经济学理论认为,影响一个国家或地区经济增长的因素大体可以分为外生增长因素和内生增长因素。本文则对影响内生增长的重要因素之一:人力资本进行分析,把区域人力资本划分成四种类型,用定性、定量两种方法分别就这四种人力资本对区域经济增长的贡献做出了分析,并具体就人力资本投资、人力资本就业结构如何影响区域经济增长做出合理解释,提出了一个全新的区域人力资本结构模式,指出区域经济增长的核心动力是企业家型人力资本。
According to modern Western economics theory, the factors that affect the economic growth of a country or region can be roughly divided into exogenous growth factors and endogenous growth factors. This paper analyzes one of the important factors that affect endogenous growth: human capital, divides the regional human capital into four types, and makes qualitative and quantitative methods to make contributions respectively to the four types of human capital to regional economic growth Analyzed and explained how the human capital investment and the employment structure of human capital affect regional economic growth, and put forward a new model of regional human capital structure. He pointed out that the core driving force of regional economic growth is entrepreneurial human capital.
