英语新课标强调竞争与合作学习,小组竞赛组织形式的引入,活跃了课堂气氛,充分调动了学生学习的积极性,使更多学生更有效地参与课堂教学活动,他们的表现欲得到了更大可能的发挥,老师愿意这样做,学生也喜欢。不可置疑,学生学习的劲头更足了,也更有效了。因此,许多地方都在积极推广使用这种小组竞赛的组织形式,但在实践中也出现了不少弊端,因此值得我们不断完善它。
