一、电视节目评价系统的现阶段状况自1958年5月1日我国第一家电视台北京电视台开始试播以来的五十多年里,中国的电视事业飞速发展。至1982年夏天,中国社会科学院新闻研究所和北京新闻学会在北京地区开展了我国首次大规模的受众抽样调查,拉开了我国学术界和电视环境评价信息的序幕,具有里程碑的意义。
