一、操作“0”键要准确我国的长途区号第一位是“0”,国家代码前两位是“00”,一不小心就有拨错的可能。如福建三明市的长途区号是“0598”,而乌拉圭的国家代码是“00598”,如果多拨一个“0”,本来拨福建的电话拨到了乌拉圭;青海省共和市的区号是“0974”,而卡塔尔的国家代号是“00974”,如果拨青海省共和市多拨一个“0”,就拨到卡塔尔,只要对方一接电话,就是几十元(一次)话费。因此拨电话时要看清号码,按键时只用一个手指,敲击要快,不要闪动(一闪动就成了重复码),不要带动其它键,以免错号带来话费损失。
