目的观察医学微生物室环境卫生学监测培养皿单制纸封条管理的效果。方法随机抽查采用开放式管理法和单制纸封条式管理法的医学微生物室工作人员各348个值班次的空气培养皿、物体表面监测皿、消毒试剂监测皿的检查情况,对比两组培养皿的完好率及监测结果达标率。结果单制纸封条式管理组的空气培养皿、物体表面监测皿、消毒试剂监测皿的完好率及监测结果达标率高于开放式管理组,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论医学微生物室环境卫生学监测培养皿单制纸封条管理不仅提高了检测结果可信度,规范了医院感染管理,而且提升了管理质量和效率。
Objective To observe the effect of medical microbiology room sanitation monitoring petri dish sealing. Methods The samples of air petri dishes, surface monitoring dishes and disinfectant monitoring dishes of 348 staff members in the medical microbiology room under open management and single paper seal management were randomly selected and compared. Intact rate and monitoring results compliance rate. Results The intact rate and monitoring results of air petri dish, object surface monitoring dish and disinfection reagent monitoring dish in single paper seal management group were higher than those in open management group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Medical Microbiology Environmental Hygiene Monitoring Petri dishes seal management not only improves the credibility of test results, standardizes the management of hospital infection, but also improves the quality and efficiency of management.
