研究不同温度下(170℃~210℃)高压蒸汽处理玉米芯木聚糖降解的动力学模型。考察其主要产物还原糖和糠醛的动力学规律;并得出高压蒸汽处理玉米芯过程中木聚糖降解的动力学参数。
The kinetic model of corn cob xylan degradation under high pressure steam at different temperatures (170 ℃ ~ 210 ℃) was studied. The kinetics of reducing sugar and furfural were investigated. The kinetic parameters of degradation of xylan during high-pressure steaming of corncob were obtained.
