胜利油田石油开发中心所辖郑411及坨826区块、郑32区块原油属特超稠油,目前运行的超稠油集中处理站单车拉油进站卸油后采用掺稀油热化学沉降的方法集中脱水处理,受各种因素的影响,卸油温度、处理液量时有波动,但由于储罐容积的限制,原油在储罐中沉降时间、温度也随时产生变化,处理后原油含水率时有超标现场,影响了原油的正常外输。为了尽量增加原油在储罐中的沉降时间,提高净化原油合格率,可选用浮动出油装置,装置吸油口始终吸取上部含水较低的原油,有效地保证了外输含水,同时也为简化油气水处理工艺提供了有力的保证。
