患者:女,54岁。1986年5月9日以全身骨关节疼痛4年余入院。患者入院前18年起,长期絮状试验阳性,被诊断为“慢性肝炎”,接受保肝药治疗。入院前4年起全身各大关节及胸腰椎疼痛,对症治疗无效;入院前3年查血沉(ESR)25mm/lh。类风湿因子(RF)(-),抗核抗体(ANA)>1∶20阳性,狼疮细胞(LEC)(-),梅毒血清试验(-),蛋白电泳γ球蛋白为0.22,免疫球蛋白:IgG23.08g/L,IgM>3.95g/L;尿素氮(BUN)7.1mmol/L,血肌酐(Cr)114.9μmol/
Patient: Female, 54 years old. May 9, 1986 with systemic bone and joint pain more than 4 years admitted to hospital. 18 years before admission to patients, long-term floc test was positive, was diagnosed as “chronic hepatitis”, receiving liver drug treatment. 4 years before admission, the whole body joints and thoracolumbar pain, symptomatic treatment is invalid; 3 years before admission to check blood sedimentation (ESR) 25mm / lh.
