实现全体人民的共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,也是我们为之奋斗的目标。在我国尚处于贫穷落后的社会主义初级阶段,只能通过部分先富逐步实现共同富裕的目标。私有制是广大劳动人民穷困的根源,只有坚持公有制的主体地位和社会主义的分配原则才能从根本上保证人民群众的共同富裕。在允许部分先富的同时,应采取一些具体的政策和措施进行收入分配的调节,以防止贫富两级分化,实现共同富裕。
To realize the common prosperity of all the people is the essential requirement of socialism and also the goal to which we strive. In the initial stage of socialism in China, which is still in a poor and backward state, we can only gradually realize the goal of common prosperity through partial enrichment. Private ownership is the source of poverty for the majority of the working people. Only by upholding the dominant position of public ownership and the principle of socialist distribution can the common prosperity of the masses be fundamentally guaranteed. While allowing some of the first to get rich, some specific policies and measures should be taken to regulate the distribution of income in order to prevent a polarization between the rich and the poor and achieve common prosperity.
