中国防痨协会基础和细菌免疫学专业委员会组织召开的全国结核病基因和免疫学诊断新技术研讨会于1992年12月18~22日在广西柳州市举行。会议代表回顾了近年来,特别是郑州会议以来我国结核病实验诊断新技术领域所取得的成绩。会议认为,我国结核病实验诊断技术研究正处于一个相当活跃的时期。会议评价了结核病细菌学基因诊断技术在结核病诊断中的价值,认为是一种很有发展前景的快速诊断方法。近二、三年来我国已有不少单位开展了聚合酶链反应(PCR)的开发研究。会议认为,以PCR为代表的结核病细菌学基因诊断技术仍处于实验室或临床前研究阶段,其方法学和临床及流行病学含义评价等问题仍有待解决。为了
