目的:研究白花前胡水提物对阿霉素在大鼠体内的药物动力学的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为两组:阿霉素组,阿霉素+白花前胡水提物组,采用HPLC法测定阿霉素在不同时间点的血药浓度,3P97程序计算药动学参数。结果:阿霉素+白花前胡水提物组与阿霉素组的药动学参数相比,AUC显著增大(P<0.05),同时CL显著减小(P<0.05),其余参数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:白花前胡水提物可使阿霉素在大鼠体内的血药浓度增加,提高其生物利用度。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of aqueous extract of Prunella obscurus on the pharmacokinetics of doxorubicin in rats. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: doxorubicin group, adriamycin + P. przewalskii aqueous extract group, the plasma concentration of doxorubicin at different time points was determined by HPLC method, and pharmacokinetics were calculated by 3P97 program Learning parameters. Results: Compared with the pharmacokinetic parameters of doxorubicin and adriamycin, the AUC was significantly increased (P <0.05) and the CL was significantly decreased (P <0.05). The differences of other parameters No statistical significance (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The water extract of P. przewalskii can increase the plasma concentration of doxorubicin in rats and improve its bioavailability.
