Mycobacterium tuberculosis is a typical intracellular parasites, in the anti-infective immunity, cellular immunity plays a decisive role. The status of cellular immunity is usually determined by the method of measuring the delayed-type hypersensitivity in vivo. This experiment explored the resistance of several strains of mice to BCG, the extent of delayed-type hypersensitivity induced by BCG, and the percentage of IgG Fc receptor-positive cells in peritoneal macrophages, all of which The interrelationships and the differences between strains. This is not only necessary for understanding the immunological characteristics of each strain of mouse, but also provides new clues to the mechanism of cellular immunity. This experiment shows that there is no consistent relationship between the resistance of mice to Mycobacterium tuberculosis and delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction, and the majority of resistance is decided by the genetic factors of macrophage itself.
