由淬火钢制成的圆柱蜗杆与铸铁制成的蜗轮啮合传动时,在接触压力高、滑动速度大、工作条件恶劣时,齿面容易产生咬合、烧伤及磨损,直接影响到蜗轮的使用寿命。我们采用人工油楔的方法,改变润滑条件,以提高蜗轮寿命,取得了明显效果。现将试验情况介绍于下: 一、试验工况及方法试验直接在QY5型汽车起重机的回转蜗轮副上进行(图1)。作用在蜗轮上的力有:起重载荷、起重机自重载荷、惯性力和离心力等动力载荷。表1是所试验蜗轮副的各参数。蜗轮、蜗杆经配对精加工后,质量符合技术要求,材料成分符合国家标准。
When the cylindrical worm made of hardened steel is meshed with the worm wheel made of cast iron, it is easy to produce occlusion, burn and wear on the tooth surface when the contact pressure is high, the sliding speed is large, and the working conditions are harsh, which directly affects the service life of the worm wheel. The role of the worm on the force are: lifting load, crane dead weight load, inertial force and centrifugal force and other dynamic load. Table 1 shows the parameters of the tested worm gear pair. After the worm gear and the worm gear are matched and finished, the quality meets the technical requirements and the material composition conforms to the national standard.
