今后的热处理技术将向以下几方面发展。 1.双S热处理双S热处理是指安全(Safe)和节约(Save)的热处理,即今后的热处理应当是无公害省能型的,必须没有大气和水质污染,没有噪声和火灾,而且要合理地节能。要考虑改进设备和开发热处理新技术以达到双S热处理。只有这样才算得上是尖端的热处理技术。 2.不提热处理,而称作温度处理最近,国外有人不提Heat treatment,而多用Thermal process。这说明热处理面貌在发变化,温度处理说法是恰当的。它可分为A_1相变点以上(奥氏体)的热处理,A_1相变点以下(铁素体)的温处理和0℃以下的冷处理三种。后两者目前用得不太多。具有
