In ballet hundreds of years of development, people never stopped pursuing the pace of art, and this trend intensified, so forget the limitations of the human body itself. Nowadays, dance training faces the same unavoidable issue as all kinds of athletics sports: how to prevent harm to the human body in overloaded technical training. On the one hand, the issue of this issue shows the human consciousness of Westerners; on the other hand, it shows the rational spirit that human being tries to achieve the goal of sustainable development through self-restraint. Guided by this kind of thinking, some people of insight in the West explore the mysteries of sports science in various ways. This article describes the French ballet teacher Joailler’s anatomical teaching methods. It is based on anatomy and human dynamics, through the body shape features, deep inside the body structure, so that the spine, bones, joints and muscles to speak, so that action training in line with human biological rules, with a scientific basis, which reached Healthy and efficient purpose.
