本文给出了我们设计的四个有特色的CMOSD触发器的逻辑,它们应用于一个VLSI单微机电路中。文章分析了它们的特点和原理。其主要特点是:①增强了同步控制措施;②“预置”与“清除”共用一根控制线以减少芯片面积;③附加功能,提高D触发器的处理能力。这些适应了VLSI系统设计的要求。
This article presents the logic of the four proprietary CMOSD flip-flops we designed for use in a VLSI single-microcomputer circuit. The article analyzes their characteristics and principles. Its main features are: ① enhanced synchronization control measures; ② “preset” and “clear” share a control line to reduce the chip area; ③ additional features to improve the D flip-flop processing power. These adapt to the VLSI system design requirements.
