“环境是幼儿园重要的教育资源,应通过环境创设和利用,有效促进幼儿发展。”民办园所师资及教研力量相对薄弱,教师在创设适宜的教育环境方面存在问题和困惑,本文在帮扶指导民办园所教师创设适宜教育环境实践过程中总结归纳出启发点拨、跟进支持、比较借鉴、教研提升四个指导教师创设教育环境的策略。
