从南到北,从东到西,工程机械产业在中国大地可谓是遍地开花,国内品牌的走强,国际巨头的加力,都在不同程度上影响了一个区域甚至一个时代。常州,这个仅有350万人口的城市,现如今在中国工程机械行业中的地位是无法被忽视的甚至可以说是举足轻重的。常州地区已经形成了发展工程机械产业的区域优势和规模效应,并带动了地方一大批配套企业的发展,工程机械产业也被列为常州市建设长江三角洲地区制造业基地的支柱产业。无可否认,常林股份有限公司的发展就是常州工程机械的发展,以常林为核心的常州工程机械遍布全国,走向了世界。
