说服教育是通过摆事实、讲道理,使学生接受或改变某种思想观念,从而指导其行为的一种教育方法。在班主任工作中,说服教育是最常用的。但是简单的说教易引起学生的反感甚至抵触,所以教师必须掌握说服教育的技巧,才能使学生心悦诚服。
Persuasion education is an educational method that guides students’ behavior by putting facts, reasoning, and making students accept or change certain ideas and concepts. In class teacher work, persuading education is the most commonly used. However, simple preaching can easily arouse students’ resentments or even contradictions. Therefore, teachers must master the skills of persuasion in order to convince the students heartily.
