用δ函数模型计算了叉指换能器(IDT)的谐波激励特性。在石英ST切割垂直于X轴的传播方向激励了浅体声波(SBAW)的二次和三次谐波,研制了中心频率f_0=100MHz和150MHz左右和相对带宽△f-3(?)/f_0为0.7%左右的窄带滤波器。
The harmonic excitation characteristics of the interdigital transducer (IDT) were calculated by the δ-function model. The second and third harmonics of shallow body acoustic wave (SBAW) are excited in the propagation direction perpendicular to the X-axis of quartz ST-cut, and the center frequencies f_0 = 100MHz and 150MHz and the relative bandwidth Δf-3 (?) / F_0 are Narrowband filter around 0.7%.
