分析了电控直列泵-管-阀-嘴(PPVI)柴油喷射系统的基本喷射特性。针对该系统喷射特性方面存在的一些问题,笔者提出了一种改进的方法;介绍了该方法的控制原理和结构特点,并进行了喷射控制特性的匹配试验。研究结果表明,该方法对电控PPVI系统中初期喷油速率及高速小油量的控制具有良好效用。
The basic injection characteristics of electronically controlled in-line pump-pipe-valve-nozzle (PPVI) diesel injection system are analyzed. Aiming at some problems existing in the system’s injection characteristics, the author presents an improved method. The control principle and structural characteristics of the system are introduced. The matching control of injection control characteristics is also carried out. The results show that this method has good effect on the control of the initial injection rate and high speed small oil volume in the electronically controlled PPVI system.
