患儿,男,12天,因发烧伴左面部肿胀、吃奶时哭闹2天入院。患儿系第一胎,足月顺产,新法接生,无羊水早破及母孕期感染史.查:T38.7℃,左耳轮和左嘴角处各见-0.3×0.3cm~2大小脓疱,左腮腺区有-2×2cm 大小的明显红肿区,触时哭闹,较硬,左眼裂变小,左鼻唇沟消失,口角歪向右侧,口腔内无特殊发现。心肺腹及四肢均未见明显异常,WBC:18400,N53%,
