利用有标记性状的棉花自交系,提高杂种个体的杂合程度和群体基因型纯度,F1代产量性状表现出了较强的生产优势和优亲优势。44个不同组合的杂种一代,有33个组合皮棉比对照中棉所12增产。其中15个强优势组合平均生产优势为49.26%,超过了目前品种×品种生产优势在30%左右的幅度;有优亲优势的29个组合,平均超亲63.25%。自交系Y2-2具有无腺体、超鸡脚叶的标记性状,易繁种保纯。衣分、铃重、配合力高。杂种二代分离严重,生产上不能再利用。通过标记性状选育纯合自交系,利用品种(系)和自交系杂交,是提高杂种优势的一条途径。
