缪荃孙是中国近代藏书家、校勘家、目录学家、方志学家,中国近代图书馆事业的奠基人,著述等身,成就极高。清末民初,他首次将珍贵罕见的清史研究资料《永宪录》刻入《古学汇刊》,刊行于世,为后世学者提供了重要的参考资料,其功劳巨大。本文旨在将缪荃孙首刻《永宪录》之功,以及《永宪录》较高的文献价值,作以梳理研究。
Miao Quan Sun is a modern Chinese bibliophile, school collaborator, bibliographer, chronicles, the founder of the modern Chinese library career, writing and other body, with extremely high achievement. At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, for the first time, he inscribed “Yong Xian Lu”, a rare and precious historical research material, into the “Antiquarian Journal,” which was published in the world and provided an important reference for future generations of scholars. The purpose of this paper is to review the achievements of Yong Tsu-sung at the first moment and the higher literature value of Yong-xian recorded.
