在市场经济的背景下,我国建筑经济成本管理工作始终存在着一些难以解决的问题,严重阻碍了我国建筑企业未来的发展。完善建筑经济成本不利,不仅可以减少建筑企业不必要的成本浪费,提高经济效益,还有利于建筑企业在未来发展的过程中,逐步实现可持续发展,在激烈的市场竞争中获得一席之地。因此,本文对市场经济背景下,建筑企业经济成本管理存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的措施。
Under the background of market economy, there are always some unsolvable problems in the construction cost management in our country, which seriously hinders the future development of China’s construction enterprises. Improve the economic disadvantage of the building, not only can reduce unnecessary waste of construction enterprises, improve economic efficiency, but also conducive to the construction enterprises in the future development of the process, and gradually achieve sustainable development in the fierce competition in the market place. Therefore, this article analyzes the problems existing in the economic cost management of construction enterprises under the background of market economy, and puts forward the corresponding measures.
