在文化事业不断发展的背景下,图书馆作为公共文化服务中的重要内容,承担着满足社会民众对科学文化知识需求的职责,因此加强图书馆的现代化建设显得尤为重要。而在图书馆管理过程中,预算编制问题越来越突出,这就需求对各项支出关系进行科学处理,做好预算编制工作,强化预算执行的监督与控制,促进图书馆资金使用率的提升,进一步推动图书馆的发展。本文就对图书馆预算编制问题进行分析,并试探性地提出几点有效对策,以便相关人士借鉴和参考。
