目的探讨不同干燥方法对川产道地药材细毡毛忍冬药用品质的影响。方法采用阴干、晒干、烘干、微波干燥、真空干燥、远红外干燥等6种方法加工细毡毛忍冬,观察其外观性状,采用HPLC测定细毡毛忍冬中绿原酸的含量。结果真空干燥样品的外观品相好,且绿原酸的含量高,明显优于用其他干燥方法的样品。结论所用方法灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于川产道地药材细毡毛忍冬的产地加工及质量控制。
Objective To investigate the effects of different drying methods on the medicinal qualities of Ficus microcarpa in Sichuan. Methods Six kinds of methods, such as drying, drying, drying, microwave drying, vacuum drying and far-infrared drying, were used to process the honeysuckle honeysuckle. The appearance properties were observed and the contents of chlorogenic acid were determined by HPLC. Results The appearance of vacuum-dried samples was good, and the content of chlorogenic acid was high, which was significantly better than that of other drying methods.
