90年代以来,随着汽车工业的发展,轿车悬架系统也在不断改进,其性能优劣直接影响轿车行驶中的平稳性和乘坐舒适性。 轿车悬架装置主要由螺旋弹簧、导向装置和减振器三部分组成,其中弹簧尤为重要、它装配在减振支柱上,用于承受和传递垂直力。首先,由于是安全件,则弹簧的疲劳寿命是最重要指标,其次弹簧刚度决定乘坐的舒适性,表面处理的好环在很大程度上又影响着弹簧使用寿命。
