讨论了铁路轴承保持架一次性失效动力可靠性。在保持架结构动力分析基础上,计算了响应位移的最大熵概率密度函数,利用最大熵密度函数给出了保持架不发生严重磨损和卡死时的可靠度表达式,并给出可靠度的极值估计方法和一次性失效寿命估计方法。以NJ3224X3Q1/SO轴承保持架为例,计算了它在滚子冲击作用下的结构动力响应,利用响应数据计算了位移的最大熵概率密度函数,进而计算了保持架不发生严重磨损和不被卡死时的可靠度。附图2幅,参考文献5篇。
