长期以来,惩罚作为教育学生、管理学生的一种有效手段,一直没有得到充分的重视与开发。许多教师深受“坚持以正面引导、说服教育为主”的理论禁锢,谈“罚”色变,始终将教育的注意力集中在“正面教育”的片面区域,教育工作陷入无为低效的困境之中。我从惩罚教育的现状,惩罚功能,惩罚的操作方式和操作规范四方面谈谈自己的思考。
