终身教育是当今一个重要的教育思潮,构建终身教育体系,建设学习型社会,已成为知识(信息)社会的重要特征。日本终身教育政策的出台有其特定的背景,从而也具有了与西方国家不同的价值取向,探析其背后的原因有利于我们的借鉴。
Lifelong education is an important education trend of our times. Building a lifelong education system and building a learning society has become an important feature of knowledge (information) society. The introduction of the policy of lifelong education in Japan has its own specific background, which also has the different value orientation with the Western countries. It is helpful for us to learn the reasons behind it.
