城建档案信息是一种重要的经济资源,近年来,随着社会信息化进程的不断深入,档案信息资源的需求随之增长,与此同时,档案信息资源也发生了巨大的变化。当前,城建档案信息资源的开发和利用已经成为档案部门为满足生产力发展和社会需求而必须要解决的问题,而档案信息资源的开发面临着资源社会化和共事的两个重要课题。在信息技术在人们生活中逐渐普及的社会现状下,档案信息资源的开发与网络环境的结合已经成为一个重要的研究方向和开发手段,有利于促进档案信息服务质量以及资源利用率的提高。资源的开发应用工作的优劣,是检验档案管理工作整体水平的“试金石”。本文主要对目前城建档案信息资源开发的现状中存在的问题进行分析,并在此基础上探讨有效的完善和促进措施。
Urban construction archives information is an important economic resource. In recent years, with the continuous deepening of social informatization process, the demand for archival information resources has been increasing. At the same time, archives information resources have undergone tremendous changes. At present, the development and utilization of urban construction archives information resources have become the problems that the archival departments must solve in order to meet the development of productive forces and social needs. However, the development of archival information resources faces two important topics of socialization and co-operation of resources. Under the current social situation where information technology is gradually popularized in people’s life, the combination of the development of archival information resources and the network environment has become an important research direction and means for promoting the quality of archival information services and the improvement of resource utilization. Resource development and application of the merits of the inspection file management is the overall level of “touchstone ”. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the current development of urban construction archives information resources, and on this basis to explore effective measures to improve and promote.
