传统观念中,学习中起到关键作用的因素是智力因素,很少有人关注非智力因素对教学的影响,教育过程中,通过知识的灌输和传授,提高学习成绩。然而一项心理研究报告显示:教育的成功并非以智力因素为唯一评判标准,非智力因素在教学过程中不可或缺,这其中重要的一项非智力因素就是情感因素。
In the traditional view, the key factor in learning is the intellectual factor. Few people pay attention to the influence of non-intellectual factors on teaching. In the process of education, the learning achievement can be improved through instilling and imparting knowledge. However, a psychological study shows that: the success of education is not the only evaluation criteria of intellectual factors, non-intellectual factors in the teaching process is indispensable, of which an important non-intelligence factor is the emotional factors.
