近年来文献报告子宫肌瘤剜除术是对育龄妇女保留子宫行之有效的方法,但由于子宫血供丰富,术中出血问题仍是主要危险之一。为减少术中出血,我院在子宫肌瘤剜除术中试行采用“双侧子宫动脉钳夹阻断法”,取得良好效果,报告如下。 临床资料 本组资料来源于1988～1992年4年间以子宫肌瘤在本院住院手术的11例患者,年龄最小22岁、最大34岁,要求保留生育功能。11例
