近年来我国档案学研究进入了空前繁荣的时期。资历丰富的老档案工作者将理论与经验结合起来探讨规律,初出茅庐的档案新兵以其敏锐的思想和系统掌握的档案知识力求创新,从其它专业转入档案部门的同志发挥其知识结构的杂交优势独辟蹊径,几支力量汇合造成了档案学研究领域的拓宽和研究方法的更新。有的鸟瞰学科全貌,有的寻找理论渊源,有的研究技术和方法,也有的着力于理论的升华……。但是人们在欣喜这种繁荣局面之余又常常感到有些缺憾,其中较为突出的问题是对现实问题的研究仍比较薄弱,应当予以加强。
In recent years, archival science research in our country has entered an era of unprecedented prosperity. Qualified veteran archivists combine theory and experience to explore the law. Comrades who have moved into archival departments from other specialties exert the heterosis of their knowledge structure Unique and innovative, several forces brought together the field of archival studies to broaden the field of research and methods of updating. Some bird’s eye view of the whole picture, and some looking for theoretical origin, some research techniques and methods, and some focus on the distillation of theory ....... However, people often feel some regret while enjoying this prosperous situation. The more prominent problem is that research on realistic problems is still relatively weak and should be strengthened.
