《中华人民共和国档案法》颁布之后,我县积极宣传贯彻《档案法》,普及档案法知识。就在这时,我县接连发生了两起违犯《档案法》的事件。一次是1987年9月10日,县委整党办公室借阁一卷永久档案,未经档案馆同意,擅自拆开案卷,将卷内一份有关人事方面的材料抽出来,送县组织部装入人事档案。事隔月余后,在归还案卷时,被档案保管人员发现,县档案局当即作了追查,于11月20日追回材料,重新装订成卷。
After the enactment of the Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China, our county actively publicized and implemented the Archives Law and popularized the knowledge of archival law. Just then, I County occurred in succession two violations of the “Archives Act” incident. Once on September 10, 1987, the County Party Committee Office of the whole cabinet by a permanent archives, without the consent of the archives, without permission to open the case file, the volume of a piece of the personnel aspects of the material out to send to the county Organization Department into Personnel files. After more than a month, when the file was returned, it was found by the file custodian that the county archives was traced immediately and the materials were retrieved and re-bound into rolls on November 20.
