一、概述如图1所示零件,直径小,齿数多,要求齿根处为尖角。这种零件用展成滚刀无法加工,需要使用成形滚刀加工。在切削过程中,滚刀和工件都旋转,同时滚刀沿工件轴向走刀,这与展成切削法相同。但在成形切削中,没有齿形的啮合作用,只是由齿形不同的刀齿依次加工,其中粗刀齿主要是用于切去大量的材料,而精刀齿来完成准确齿形的加工。由此看来,成形滚刀的加工情况与拉刀相似。
