我厂给果品公司加工的两台果酱蒸煮锅为异种材料构成,其内壳为1Crl8Ni9Ti不锈钢板(板厚3毫米),外壳为A3低碳钢板(板厚6毫米),两者均由九块瓜瓣形板与一块圆形底板焊接而成(下图)。由于内壳与外壳的焊接为异种材料焊接,其中间又有蒸汽通过,所以给焊接工艺带来许多问题。经过试验终于成功地焊接了果酱蒸煮锅,通过了10公斤/厘米~2水压试验,使用6年之久没有出现漏水、漏汽以及锈蚀、腐蚀现象。
