随着我国航空航天技术的飞速发展,对大型零部件的加工要求越来越高,旋压成形薄壁回转体零件的优势越来越明显,因此对大型旋压设备的需求越来越迫切。详细分析了目前研制大型数控强力旋压设备的技术难点,并给出了相应的解决方案。该项目研制的大型数控强力旋压机加工零件直径可达Φ2600 mm,主轴转速20~100 r·min-1,回转工作台直径可达Φ2800 mm。试验结果表明,在该设备上旋压成形零件的壁厚差仅为(3±0.06)mm,机床各项技术指标达到或超过了同期国际先进水平。
With the rapid development of China’s aerospace technology, the machining requirements for large parts and components are getting higher and higher. The advantages of spinning and forming thin-walled rotary parts become more and more obvious. Therefore, the demand for large-scale spinning equipment is becoming more and more urgent. The technical difficulties of developing large-scale CNC powerful spinning equipment are analyzed in detail and the corresponding solutions are given. The large CNC powerful spinning machine developed by this project can process up to Φ2600 mm in diameter, spindle speed 20 ~ 100 r · min-1 and rotary table up to Φ2800 mm in diameter. The test results show that the wall thickness difference of the spun-formed parts on this equipment is only (3 ± 0.06) mm, and the technical indexes of the machine tool meet or exceed the international advanced level in the same period.
