本文报导了用d—葡萄糖作钼蓝反应的有机还原剂,对微量磷进行吸光光度法测定时的定量条件与测定精度。条件中的还原酸度的“稳定阶段”为0.7~1.1当量硫酸,显色稳定时间可达110分钟,磷的浓度在0.2~1.1PPm范围内遵守比耳定律。在波长690、650、620毫微米处测得的克分子消光系数分别为1.0×10~4,9.0×10~3,8.7×10~3。变差系数为8.9%,若置信度90%的Studen函数2.132,则均数的置信范围为(0.041±0.004)%,故测定精度尚能满足定量要求。
In this paper, the quantitative conditions and the determination accuracy of trace phosphorus in the determination of trace phosphorus by spectrophotometry are reported in this paper. Under the conditions, the “stable stage” of the reduced acidity is 0.7 to 1.1 equivalents of sulfuric acid, the color developing time is up to 110 minutes, and the Beer’s law is obeyed at a phosphorus concentration of 0.2 to 1.1 ppm. The molar extinction coefficients measured at wavelengths of 690, 650 and 620 nm were 1.0 × 10 -4, 9.0 × 10 -3 and 8.7 × 10 -3, respectively. The coefficient of variation is 8.9%. If the Studen function with a confidence of 90% is 2.132, the confidence range of the mean is (0.041 ± 0.004)%, so the measurement accuracy can still meet the quantitative requirements.
