目的:观察盐酸特比萘芬搽剂及盐酸特比萘芬霜剂治疗足癣的疗效。方法:将2013年3-2014年4月广东省佛山市第四人民医院收治的125例足癣患者随机分为两组,搽剂组外用盐酸特比萘芬搽剂喷患处并喷鞋袜4周;霜剂组外用盐酸特比萘芬乳膏涂患处4周,用药2周、用药4周以及停药2周后观察临床疗效并评分以及真菌检查,并进行统计学分析。结果:临床疗效:用药2周时、用药4周以及停药2周后搽剂组有效率分别为92.3%、96.9%和98.4%,和霜剂组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。真菌学疗效:用药2周时、用药4周以及停药2周后搽剂组真菌清除率分别为86.6%、95.4%和96.7%,和霜剂组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸特比萘芬搽剂药物作用起效快,杀菌作用强,效果持久,患者依从性好。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of terbinafine hydrochloride liniment and terbinafine hydrochloride cream on tinea pedis. Methods: From March 2013 to April 2014, the Fourth People’s Hospital of Foshan City, Guangdong Province, 125 cases of tinea pedis were randomly divided into two groups. The liniment group was treated with terbinafine hydrochloride liniment and sprayed on the socks 4 Weeks; cream group topical hydrochloride terbinafine cream applied to the affected area for 4 weeks, medication for 2 weeks, medication for 4 weeks and 2 weeks after stopping to observe the clinical efficacy and score and fungal examination, and statistical analysis. Results: The clinical curative effect: After 2 weeks of treatment, the effective rate of liniment group was 92.3%, 96.9% and 98.4% after 4 weeks of treatment and 2 weeks of withdrawal, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05 ). Mycological efficacy: After 2 weeks of treatment, the fungal clearance rate of liniment group was 86.6%, 95.4% and 96.7% respectively after 4 weeks of treatment and 2 weeks after drug withdrawal, which was significantly different from that of cream group (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: Terbinafine hydrochloride liniment has rapid onset of action, strong bactericidal effect and long lasting effect, and its compliance is good.
